Enrique Salmó is an international speaker, coach and facilitator in leadership development programs, as well as an expert in mindfulness and meditation over 38 years of experience (linkedin).
Since 1996, he has been designing and delivering training programs to support individuals who are motivated and committed to their personal and professional development. His approach is primarily focused on helping them develop their potential, gain self-awareness and finding greater balances in all areas of their lives, so they can become better leaders.
He serves as a senior consultant at Addventure, Musarion, Global Associates and Walk Leadership.
Some of his clients include: Telefónica, Mapre, ING, Novartis, Roche. Astra Zeneca and Leroy Merlin among others.
He collaborates as an executive coach and speaker and IDDI, Univeridad Francisco de Vitoria.
For more than 10 years , he worked in the education sector, providing training to teachers, advisors, and management teams.
He has coordinated and collaborated on various programs aimed at peace , value development and spiritualty with different organizations and countries.
Hus passion lies in deepening the understanding of the human mind and its impact of our lives. He enjoys the daily practice of meditation and generously shares all his leanings and discoveries in this field.
